Erasmus Mundus Scholarships in Agriculture and Rural Development 2009 2010

The Erasmus Mundus Programme of the European Uni0n supports the Agris Mundus Masters course.

Erasmus Mundus scholarships are offered for third countries selected candidates to the Agris Mundus course. For each student, the scholarship amounts 21,000 euros per academic year which covers the living costs, transportation costs and subscription fees.

Eligibility Criteria:
1. to be a citizen of a third country (all countries other than the 27 States of the European Uni0n and the associated states [Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway]),
2. not residing in any UE Member State or participating country, AND not having carried out his/her main activity (studies, work, etc.) for more than a total of 12 months the last five years in any of the UE Member States or participating countries, at the date of the application.

Master’s Scholarships in Semiotics 2009-2010

Master’s Scholarships, Semiotics, Estonia

Description : 15 scholarships are available for foreign students to enroll in the newly created Master’s program in Semiotics at University of Tartu, Estonia. The program is fully taught in English and lasts for 2 years. In addition to the theory of semiotics student can specialize in three core modules - cultural semiotics, biosemiotics and sociosemiotics. All accepted students to this program will receive a tuition waiver scholarship that will cover their tuition fee for the whole two years of the program.
